Wedding: Bailey & Jones
The Rev. H. Sigel officiated at the marriage on Saturday at Darfield parish of Miss Ethel Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Jones, 57, Stone Bridge, Houghton, and Mr. George Bailey, son of Mrs. and the late Mr. W. Bailey. Stone Bridge, Great Houghton.
Given away by her father, the bride wore a white dress, veil of net and orange blossoms and carried white carnations. She was attended by Miss Gladys Jones, in shell pink georgette and lace. Miss E. Bailey in Lido georgette and lace and Doreen Martin in figured white silk. Each wore hats to match carried variegated flowers.
Mr. Wm. Jones was best man and Mr. Wilfred Jones, groomsman.
