Blows his Own Trumpet

Cecil Robson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Robson, 11. Dearne Street, Great Houghton, is a Leading Aircraftman in the R.A.F.

He is now a Flight Engineer. He loves being in the Air Force. He helps with the entertainment of his unit, for he assists the band as a cornet player.

Cecil was at Wath Grammar School, and on leaving he took up employment at a colliery, and after a week’s work was involved in an accident in which he lost two fingers.
