Gunner E. Timberlake, son of Mrs. A. Timberlake the late Mr. Timberlake, is with the RA., and has been stationed at Gibraltar for 2 ½  years.

He joined up four years ago, and formerly worked at Houghton Main Colliery. His wide experience of Army life includes the evacuation from Dunkirk.

He is thankful to have met some of his former pals from the New Scarborough area in Gibraltar.They have some jolly times together.
