Two Local Reservists

A reservist who has seen three of six three years’ service in India, C. Bladen , of 4, Edward Street, Thurnscoe, is serving with the British Expeditionary Force.

He formerly worked at Hickleton Main. His brother-in-law, Mr. Charles Cooke , in also in France. He is also a reservishaving been four years with the regular army.

His home is at Great Houghton.
