Private Joseph Walker, of School street, Great Houghton, is in Stapleton Hospital , near Pontefract, with pneumonia and rheumatism.

He joined the Kings Liverpool Regiment in October, 1916, and was drafted to the Front in May, 1917.

Pte. Walker was previously employed at Houghton Main.
