On Saturday at St. Helen’s Church, Thurnscoe, the wedding took place of Miss Evelyn Kempson, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Kempson, of 24, Merrill Road, Thurnscoe, and Mr. Thomas Finch, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Finch, of 22, Normandale Road, Great Houghton.

The Rev. A C. E. Bennett officiated. For the last seven years the bride has been a member of the nursing staff of Storthes Hall Mental Hospital.
