Pte. W Morris (Gt. Houghton) and Miss P. D. Smith (Doncaster)

The wedding has taken place at the Register Office, Doncaster, by special licence, of Pte. William Morris. eldest son of Mr. and Mrs G. Morris, Great Houghton, and Miss Phyllis Dunn Smith, only child of Mr. and Mrs. J. Smith, 1, New Cottages, High Fishergate, Doncaster.

The bride wore a dress of pale blue with navy accessories and a spray of pale pink roses. Miss Glenwyn Morris, the bridegroom’s slater, was bridesmaid, and wore a dress of dusky pink with brown accessories and a spray of cream carnations. Mr. M. Haddock was best man.
